Cover base SHIMMER №66 — a milky pink shade with colored mica. It has a semi-transparent, Korean effect.
Cover base characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- excellent self-leveling;
- lays densely even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- has high adhesion.
We recommend to always apply a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover base.
