Three brands of mono lacquers: how they differ
The section is small and simply organized: four lines, four volumes, shades without names — only numbers. The only complexity: each line has its own numbering, so 'twelfth' without the brand name means nothing.
GA&MA Mono Lac, 6 ml
The largest line in the section — numbers from #001 to #047, all in the same volume. The manufacturer states that base and top are not needed, curing is 120 seconds in an LED lamp, removal with a drill bit or professional remover. One nuance from the card that is often missed: if you plan to remove the coating with a drill, GA&MA advises first applying a thin layer of base, curing it, removing the sticky layer — and only then applying Mono Lac. This is not 'base as usual', but a substrate for the drill.
TOUCH One Step, 7 ml — and one Solo at 9 ml
Eighteen shades, #01–#18. The manufacturer describes the consistency as oily, closer to liquid, and recommends two thin coats; primer and ultrabond are not used, curing 60–120 seconds. In the same grid, there is TOUCH Solo Gel Polish #13 at 9 ml — this is a different line with its own numbering. So 'TOUCH #13' in this section appears twice, in two different bottles of different volumes.
LUNAmoon One Step, 8 ml
Nineteen numbers, #1–#19, four of which have shimmer — #1, #2, #8, and #9; the rest are opaque, without shine. The procedure from the card: file with a 240 or 180 grit buffer, Nail Prep, no primer, one or two thin coats for 120 seconds each. It is specifically noted that after curing there is no need to wipe anything — the line does not leave a sticky layer.
Number, brand, and volume are read only together
The same number lives in three lines simultaneously: #13 exists in GA&MA (as #013), in TOUCH, and in LUNAmoon — three different colors in three different bottles. Therefore, in your reorder list, write not 'thirteenth', but 'TOUCH One Step #13, 7 ml'. The fastest way to avoid confusion is the volume: 6 ml is GA&MA, 7 ml is TOUCH One Step, 8 ml is LUNAmoon, 9 ml is TOUCH Solo.
How to choose a number online
There are no names for shades here — only numbers, so the 'Color' filter on the left is more useful than scrolling: it immediately divides the section into groups from nudes and reds to blues and purples. Look for shimmer not in the color, but in the attribute 'With shimmer particles' — in this section it applies only to four LUNAmoon numbers.
Why does the volume filter show 15 ml
Because it's not a polish. In the section, there is GA&MA Remover for Single-phase gel polish in 15 ml — a remover specifically for single-phase coatings, it ended up in the grid along with the colors. Don't look for a shade in it. TOUCH in its instructions refers to its own TOUCH Gel Remover. The rest of the special liquids GA&MA — degreasers, dehydrators, cuticle removers — are placed in a separate section of the brand.
Where to look if the single-phase scheme doesn't work
Mono gel polish provides a thin coating without leveling — that's its purpose and at the same time its limitation. If you need architectural leveling of the nail plate or a shade that is not among these forty-plus numbers, take classic gel polishes with separate bases and tops.
