INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta (or another service at the request of the client) with 100% prepayment, including the cost of shipment. The cost of forwarding depends on the weight and volume of the order and can be accurately calculated by the manager after placing the order on the online calculator on the post office website.

Orders from UAH 1,200 with full prepayment are delivered FREE* across Ukraine/Kiev to post offices or branches of Nova Poshta/Ukrposhta

Orders from UAH 2,000 with full prepayment are delivered FREE* by courier delivery in Ukraine/Kyiv to the address.

* Except for oversized goods.

AT THE ACCOUNT OF THE RECIPIENT:

- Orders less than UAH 1,200 are delivered across Ukraine and Kyiv at the recipient's expense according to Nova Poshta/Ukrposhta tariffs.

- Orders issued with payment on delivery are delivered at the expense of the recipient, regardless of the amount of the order

- International orders: the cost of delivery outside of Ukraine depends on the weight of the order and is calculated according to the tariffs of the carrier (Ukrposhta or other companies)

WARNING! If the amount of your order does not allow you to receive free delivery in Ukraine, we advise you to order delivery at a post terminal, it will be cheaper. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Nova Poshta (Ukraine and Kyiv)

• ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON WEEKDAYS*. If payment is received before 3:00 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day.
• Parcel arrival time - the next day to the regional center/ the next day to regional centers and small settlements**
• The term of storage of the parcel at the post office is 5 working days.
• After this period expires, the package is sent back without prior notification to the recipient.

* Except public holidays on January 1, Easter, Christmas, etc

** The arrival date depends on the logistical capabilities of the Nova Poshta company, as well as on weather conditions and other circumstances. The term of delivery directly to your locality can be clarified by calling the New Post hotline at 8-800-500-609.

Ukrposhta (Ukraine and Kyiv)

• The order will be shipped the next day after payment is received (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
• The parcel's arrival time is according to the schedule of Ukrposhta.
• By default (unless otherwise specified in the order comment), the parcel will be sent as a simple parcel.
