Delivery options and costs inside Ukraine and abroad, plus how to pay.

International orders: shipping outside Ukraine depends on the weight and is calculated according to the carrier's rates (Ukrposhta or another carrier).

• The order total is less than 2000 UAH;
• The order is sent cash on delivery (regardless of the amount);
• The order contains an oversized item.

4. Nova Poshta (Ukraine)

• We dispatch orders on weekdays*. If an order is paid before 15:00, it is dispatched the same day.
• Arrival: the next day to a regional centre, one day later to district centres and smaller communities. Arrival times depend on Nova Poshta's logistics, the weather and other circumstances.
• Storage at the branch: 5 working days. After that, the parcel is returned without prior notice.

*Except public holidays (1 January, Easter, Christmas, etc.).

5. Ukrposhta (Ukraine)

• We dispatch the order on the next working day after payment.
• Orders are shipped only after full payment.
• Arrival: according to Ukrposhta's schedule.
• By default (unless otherwise specified in the order comment), the parcel is sent as an ordinary postal packet.

6. International delivery

Delivery outside Ukraine is available via Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, private carriers (the buyer must independently clarify all delivery details directly with the selected private carrier), or any postal service of your choice, subject to 100% prepayment. The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the order and can be calculated precisely by our manager using the postal service's online calculator after the order is placed.

Once the order has been packed, we send a photo of the goods, a photo of the parcel on the scale and a screenshot of the shipping cost, then provide the final total (order + shipping). Payment is made after the details and shipping method have been agreed with the manager.

7. Payment

Visa / Mastercard cards from any country.

Cash on delivery: We send cash-on-delivery orders only via Nova Poshta after receiving an advance payment of 10% of the order total (but no less than 200 UAH). Please note: Nova Poshta charges a fee of 2% + 20 UAH for the money transfer. The HEYLOVE box (66 gel polishes) is shipped only with full prepayment.
