Delivery options and costs inside Ukraine and abroad, plus how to pay.

You pay the carrier's tariff (Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta) when:

• the order is under 2000 UAH;
• the order is cash on delivery — regardless of the amount;
• the goods are oversized.

International orders: shipping outside Ukraine depends on the weight and is charged at the carrier's tariff (Ukrposhta or others).

4. Nova Poshta (Ukraine)

• We ship on weekdays. Pay before 15:00 and your order goes out the same day.
• Arrival: next day to a regional centre, the day after to district centres and smaller towns.
• Storage at the branch: 5 working days. After that the parcel is returned without prior notice.

Except public holidays (1 January, Easter, Christmas, etc.). Arrival time depends on Nova Poshta's logistics, the weather and other factors. Check the delivery time to your town on the Nova Poshta hotline: 8-800-500-609.

5. Ukrposhta (Ukraine)

• We send the order the next working day after payment (Mon–Fri, except weekends and public holidays).
• We ship only with full payment.
• Arrival follows Ukrposhta's own schedule.
• By default — unless you note otherwise in the order comment — the parcel goes as a simple registered packet.

6. International delivery

We ship outside Ukraine via Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, private carriers, or any postal service you prefer, with 100% prepayment. The cost depends on the weight and volume of the order; our manager calculates it exactly on the postal calculator after you place the order.

Once the order is packed, we send you a photo of the goods, a photo of the parcel on the scale and a screenshot of the shipping cost, then tell you the final total (order + shipping). Payment follows once you and the manager have agreed the details and the shipping method.

7. Payment

Visa / Mastercard cards from any country.

Cash on delivery: we ship COD orders after an advance from 200 UAH; the rest is paid on delivery. Note that the post charges a commission for the money transfer.
