Options and cost of delivery within Ukraine and abroad, as well as payment methods.

International orders: delivery outside Ukraine depends on weight and is calculated according to the carrier's tariff (Ukrposhta or others).

• Order amount less than 2000 UAH;
• Cash on delivery orders (regardless of amount);
• Order contains oversized items.

4. Nova Poshta (Ukraine)

• We ship on weekdays*. If the order is paid before 15:00, it is shipped the same day.
• Arrival: next day to the regional center, every other day to district centers and small towns. The arrival time depends on Nova Poshta's logistics, weather, and other circumstances.
• Storage at branch: 5 business days. After that, the parcel is returned without notice.

*Except for public holidays (January 1, Easter, Christmas, etc.).

5. Ukrposhta (Ukraine)

• We send the next business day after payment.
• Shipping only with full payment.
• Arrival: according to Ukrposhta's schedule.
• By default (unless otherwise stated in the comment), the parcel is sent as a simple small package.

6. International delivery

Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, private carriers (the buyer must clarify all delivery details with them independently) or any postal service of your choice subject to 100% prepayment. The cost of delivery depends on the weight and volume of the order and can be accurately calculated by our manager using the online postal calculator after the order is placed.

When the order is packed, we send a photo of the product, a photo of the parcel on the scales, and a screenshot of the shipping cost, after which we inform you of the final amount (order + delivery). Payment is made after agreeing on the details and shipping method with the manager.

7. Payment

Visa / Mastercard cards from any country.

Cash on delivery: We send orders COD only via Nova Poshta after receiving an advance payment of 10% of the order amount (but not less than 200 UAH). Please note: the post office charges a commission of 2% + 20 UAH for the money transfer. The HEYLOVE box (66 gel polishes) is sent only with full payment.
