International Delivery

We ship NAILSMADE and HEYLOVE orders worldwide from Ukraine. Here is how delivery, payment and shipping costs work, plus a few risks worth knowing before you order.

2. How we ship

By default we send parcels through Ukraine's national postal service (Ukrposhta), unless you ask for another method. Delivery terms: FCA (Free Carrier). Ukrposhta forwards your parcel to your country, where the local postal operator or its private partner receives and delivers it — to a post office for pickup or by courier to your address. You get a tracking number as soon as we ship.

Note: civil aviation does not currently carry cargo out of Ukraine, so parcels leave by ground to a neighbouring country and fly from there. This can add to the delivery time.

For Europe: many customers use private carriers. We send parcels daily with bus drivers running regular routes from Ukraine to Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, Italy and other countries. It is fast and convenient — tell us if you would like this option.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping is not included in the website price. It depends on the weight of the fully packed parcel and is calculated with Ukrposhta's online international calculator. Once your order is packed, we send you a photo of the items, a photo of the parcel on the scale and a screenshot of the calculated cost, then give you the total (order + shipping). If the cost does not suit you, you can cancel the order at no charge.

Tip: the larger the parcel, the better the shipping rate per item.

4. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes about 7 days, but in some cases more than 20. It depends on the distance from Ukraine, the number of transit points, and your national postal service, which handles the final leg. During major holidays, higher volumes can cause delays.

5. Payment

The invoice shown right after ordering does not include shipping — we add it after the parcel is packed and weighed, then send you a single total.

6. How to place an order

Order on nailsmade.store. Remember that shipping is not in the total yet. We pack and weigh the order, send you the photos and the cost, and give you the full amount (order + shipping). If the shipping cost does not work for you, cancel the order.

If the website options are unclear, choose the shipping method “To talk with a manager” and, in the order note, write your country and phone in international format (with country code), or your Instagram handle. No WhatsApp? Send your name on Instagram and we will reach out.

7. Tracking & receiving your parcel

We give you a tracking number. Track it on the Ukrposhta website, and once the parcel reaches your country, on your national postal service's website. Final delivery is handled by your national operator or one of its private partners, using the same tracking number.

8. Responsibility & claims

We do not deliver parcels ourselves — postal companies do. Our responsibility ends when the parcel is handed to the postal company, which then takes full responsibility for transport and delivery.

Check your parcel in front of the postal employee before you sign, even if the packaging looks intact. If damage or a shortage is not officially recorded at that moment, the postal company will not accept a compensation claim. We pack carefully; if a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, we will file a claim with the postal company on your behalf — but compensation may be refused if the problem was not documented on receipt.

9. Liquids, fragile and “difficult” goods

Postal companies do not accept liquids for air transport. If such items ship and arrive fine, great — but if they leak or are damaged in the air, there is no compensation. Goods that travel poorly include: glass items such as bottles; liquids in plastic or glass; fragile items sensitive to movement or vibration; liquids sensitive to freezing or to pressure changes in aircraft holds; and pump bottles, which can leak. A single leaking container can ruin the whole parcel.

We pack well and hear it often from happy customers, but we cannot control how post offices and couriers handle the box. Most such parcels arrive safely — still, weigh the risk, because we cannot compensate for these goods.

10. Customs

Every shipment goes through your country's customs, whatever its weight, size or delivery method. We ship worldwide but do not know each country's specific rules. If your customs asks for documents, we will provide what we have: Safety Data Sheets (SDS), EU certificates and other relevant papers. If customs refuses entry, that decision is outside our control, so please check your country's import rules before ordering.

11. Warranty, repair & exchange

We honour warranty obligations under the terms of the warranty document. Within Ukraine, we cover transport costs for warranty repairs, exchanges and returns — including goods with hidden factory defects. We do not cover the cost of shipping goods from abroad for repair, exchange or return. When ordering from Ukraine to another country, factor in how hard cross-border repair or exchange can be.

12. Air transport risks (and where they don't apply)

Because of Russia's war against Ukraine, civil aircraft do not fly over the country. All cargo leaves Ukraine by land to a neighbouring country (Germany, Lithuania, Poland and others) and is loaded onto planes there. Parcels to distant countries — the USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Western Europe — fly from these transit airports and pass airport security screening, like all cargo and passenger luggage. If security considers an item dangerous for the aircraft, the parcel may be returned to sender. Most parcels arrive safely; still, weigh the risk.

This warning does not apply to countries bordering or near Ukraine — Poland, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechia, Germany and others. Parcels to these countries travel only by land and never pass through airport security.
