International Delivery
We ship NAILSMADE and HEYLOVE orders to countries worldwide (with a few exceptions). On this page, you can find the terms for shipping, payment and cost calculation, as well as the risks to consider before ordering.
1. Contacts
2. How we ship
Orders are dispatched only after the goods and shipping have been paid in full. By default, we send parcels through Ukraine’s national postal service (Ukrposhta), unless you request another method. Delivery terms: FCA (Free Carrier). Ukrposhta forwards the parcel to your country, where it is accepted and delivered by the local postal operator or its private partner, either to a pickup branch or by courier to your address. We send you the parcel’s tracking number immediately after dispatch.
Important: Civil aviation currently does not carry cargo out of Ukraine, so parcels travel by road to a neighbouring country and fly from there. As a result, delivery may take longer.
For Europe: Many customers use private carriers. Every day, we send parcels with bus drivers who travel from Ukraine to Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, Italy and other countries. This is fast and convenient. Please note: you must find the carrier and confirm all shipping details with them yourself.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is not included in the price shown on the website. It depends on the weight of the fully packed parcel and is calculated using Ukrposhta’s online calculator. Once the parcel has been packed, we send you a photo of the items, a photo of the parcel on the scale and a screenshot showing the calculated shipping cost, then tell you the total amount (order + shipping). If the cost is not acceptable to you, you can cancel the order free of charge.
Tip: the larger the parcel, the more cost-effective shipping is per item.
4. Delivery time
Delivery to your country can take as little as 7 days or more than 20 days. This depends on many factors, including the distance from Ukraine, the number of transit points along the route and the rules of your country’s postal service. Delays may occur during holidays because of increased parcel volumes.
5. Payment
The invoice issued immediately after checkout does not include shipping. We add it after packing and weighing your parcel and send you one final total. Orders are dispatched only after the goods and shipping have been paid in full.
6. How to place an order
Place your order at nailsmade.store. We assemble and weigh it, send you photos and tell you the full amount (order + shipping).
If the options on the website are unclear, choose the “Talk to a manager” shipping method and enter your country and phone number in international format (including country code), or your Instagram handle, in the order note.
7. Tracking & receiving your parcel
We provide a tracking number. Track the parcel on the Ukrposhta website and, once it arrives in your country, on your national postal service’s website. Delivery in the destination country is handled by your national operator or its private partner using the same tracking number.
8. Responsibility & claims
We do not deliver parcels ourselves; postal companies do. Our responsibility ends when the parcel is handed over to the postal company, which from that point assumes full responsibility for transport and delivery.
Inspect the parcel in the presence of a postal employee before signing for it, even if the packaging is intact. If anything is damaged or missing, we will file a claim with the postal company on your behalf, but compensation may be refused if the issue was not documented at the time of delivery.
9. Liquids, fragile and “difficult” goods
Postal companies do not accept liquids for air transport. If such products lose their seal or are damaged in flight, there will be no compensation. Products that do not travel well include: glass items (such as bottles); liquids in plastic or glass containers; fragile goods sensitive to movement and vibration; liquids sensitive to freezing or pressure changes in aircraft holds; and bottles with pumps that may leak. One leaking container can ruin the entire parcel.
We pack products carefully and are often thanked by customers for the quality of our packaging. However, we cannot guarantee that the parcel will not be damaged in transit. In the vast majority of cases, these parcels arrive intact. Even so, please consider the risk, as we will not be able to compensate you for the value of such products.
10. Customs
Every shipment passes through your country’s customs, regardless of weight, size or shipping method. We ship worldwide, but do not know every country’s rules. If customs requests documents, we will provide the Safety Data Sheets (SDS), EU certificates and any other relevant documents we have. If customs refuses to allow the shipment into the country, that decision is beyond our control, so check your country’s import rules before ordering.
11. Warranty, repair & exchange
We honour our warranty obligations under the terms of the warranty document. Within Ukraine, we cover transport costs for warranty repairs, exchanges and returns (including items with hidden manufacturing defects). We do not cover the cost of shipping items from abroad for repair, exchange or return. When ordering from Ukraine to another country, consider how difficult cross-border repair or exchange can be.
12. Air transport risks (and where they don't apply)
Because of Russia’s war against Ukraine, civilian aircraft do not fly over the country. All cargo leaves Ukraine by road to a neighbouring country (Germany, Lithuania, Poland and others) and is loaded onto aircraft there. Parcels to distant countries (the USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Western Europe) fly from these transit airports and pass security screening, like any other cargo or passenger baggage. If security considers an item dangerous to the aircraft, the parcel may be returned to the sender. Alternatively, the item may be removed from the parcel and destroyed. Most parcels arrive safely; nevertheless, please consider the risk.
This warning does not apply to countries that border Ukraine or are nearby: Poland, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechia, Germany and others. Parcels to these countries travel by land only and do not pass through airport security screening.
