Depends on the series, and the name here is misleading. In the M-series, the number in the name is the number of craft bags: M1+ is labeled "for 3 sets", but the manufacturer's description says "2 sets of instruments or 3 craft bags"; M2 — 5 vs. 3; M3+ — 9 vs. 6. In the GP series, the opposite: GP10 — 12 sets or 6–9 bags, GP15 PRO — up to 16 sets or 8–12, GP20 PRO — 20 sets or 15. If you sterilize in bags, take the second number from the card description.
MicroSTOP
60 productsMicroSTOP is a Ukrainian manufacturer, and in NAILSMADE its product range covers the entire cycle of tool processing: solution and container for soaking, ultrasonic washer, kraft bag, dry heat sterilizer, log book. A total of 57 items. It is more convenient to search here by work stage than by model name: the names contain many numbers, and some of them mean something completely different than they seem at first glance.
How to read the MicroSTOP catalogue
The brand is divided into five groups: disinfectants and containers, ultrasonic cleaners, pouches, dry-heat sterilisers, and small consumables including a logbook. Below are the points where product names can be misread.
Dry-heat sterilisers: the number in the M-series name counts pouches, not sets
This section has nine listings and six models. The M-series is compact: M1+ measures 29×25,5×27 cm, M2 28×26×35,5 cm, and M3+ 385×358×242 mm. GP models are cabinets 55 cm wide: instruments sit on three shelves in GP10 and GP15 PRO, and five in GP20 PRO.
The trap is the number. In the M-series it counts kraft pouches: M1+ is labelled “for 3 sets”, but the manufacturer’s description says “2 instrument sets or 3 kraft pouches”. The same applies to M2 (5 versus 3 sets) and M3+ (9 versus 6). In the GP-series the logic is reversed: the number refers to sets, with room for fewer pouches. GP10 holds 12 sets or 6–9 pouches, GP15 PRO up to 16 sets or 8–12 pouches, and GP20 PRO 20 sets or 15 pouches. If you use pouches, follow the second figure in the description, not the name.
The listed modes are the same for all models: 200 °C for 30 minutes, 180 °C for 60 minutes, 160 °C for 150 minutes, plus drying at 80 °C for 30 minutes. The manufacturer states an 18-month warranty for the M-series. Compare other brands in the section for dry-heat sterilisers, sterilisers and ultrasonic cleaners.
Classic and Rainbow: the same equipment
The three M-series models come in two finishes. According to the manufacturer’s descriptions, everything within each pair matches: capacity, modes, dimensions and warranty. The difference is the casing. The GP-series has no Rainbow version.
“Made to order” is in the name, not the stock indicator
Eight of the nine steriliser listings include “(made to order)” in their names; the manufacturer gives a lead time of 1–3 working days. Only GP20 PRO lacks this label. The green availability badge in the product grid does not show this, so read the name and confirm the lead time when your order is confirmed.
Ultrasonic cleaners: heating is the key difference
There are four models. Without heating: MU-SMART (0,8 l tank, 42 kHz, 60 W) and MU-PROF (1,4 l, 42 kHz, 70 W); they differ only in capacity. With heating: MU-PROMAX (2,5 l, ceramic heating up to 65 °C according to the manufacturer) and MU-EXPERT: 3 l with a working range of 1,5–2,5 l, a lower frequency of 36 kHz, 150 W, degassing mode and drainage through a valve with a hose. Check instrument length against the tank—EXPERT’s tank is 25 cm long.
Pouches: check two properties, not the colour
There are 21 kraft pouch listings: four series and four sizes—60×100, 50×200, 75×150 and 100×200 mm. ECO is the basic range (brown in 100×200), WHITE and PRO are white, and TRANSPARENT has a window; every name specifies a Class 4 indicator.
The “For dry-heat steriliser” and “For autoclave” properties on the product page matter more than colour. ECO, WHITE and TRANSPARENT have both. PRO is marked only for dry heat, although its size and colour make it look like a direct substitute for WHITE 100×200. Self-sealing pouches (60×110, 90×230 and 140×250 mm, 200 per pack) are, conversely, marked only for autoclaves.
Almost every item comes in packs of 100 and 1000, with a different unit price—calculate that price when comparing. A search detail: a pair of 75×150 pouch listings uses Cyrillic «ЕСО» instead of Latin “ECO”, so searching the series name will not find them. Filter by size or see the general kraft pouch section.
The three products most often confused
The manufacturer describes Dez Professional (DEZEKON) as a universal disinfectant and pre-sterilisation cleaner for instruments and surfaces, in 250 and 1000 ml. Dez SPRAY 5% is ready to use in a 250 ml spray bottle. Microstop Clean in 500 ml is not for preparing instruments before a procedure at all: its description says it removes brown deposits from the dry-heat steriliser chamber and instruments after exposure to high temperatures, with a caution regarding aluminium, non-ferrous metals and galvanised parts. The same product also appears with a “REDUCED” label—check the conditions on its page. Alternatives are found among instrument disinfectants and instrument and appliance cleaners.
Containers, a drill bit stand and other supplies
Disinfection containers come in 0,12 l (specifically for drill bits, 95×85×55 mm), 1, 3 and 5 l; the one- and five-litre versions have blue or pink lids. Inside is a perforated tray to let the solution circulate. The medical-grade stainless steel drill bit stand measures 50×100 mm and 20 mm high, holds up to 24 bits and has a double bottom. Its description specifies deep chambers M1, M2, M3, GP-15 and GP-20 Pro; in GP-10, one tier must be removed. Then come the small supplies that usually run out first: container labels with 10 per sheet, powder-free nitrile gloves XS–L in packs of 100, 5×5 cm lint-free wipes in packs of 325, and a safe practitioner’s logbook for 90 days in the version without indicators.
The same products by type rather than brand: disinfection and sterilisation, containers and dispensers, drill bit storage stands, gloves, lint-free wipes. Compare MicroSTOP with other brands on the brands page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many tool sets does the MicroSTOP dry heat sterilizer hold?
Which MicroSTOP bags are suitable for autoclave?
Craft bags from the ECO, WHITE and TRANSPARENT series — their cards have both properties, "For dry heat" and "For autoclave". The PRO series is labeled only for dry heat, although by size and color it looks similar to WHITE 100×200. Self-adhesive bags 60×110, 90×230 and 140×250 mm — on the contrary, only for autoclave. Before ordering, look at this pair of properties, not the series name.
What is the difference between the MU-SMART, MU-PROF, MU-PROMAX and MU-EXPERT washers?
Tank volume, frequency, and the presence of heating. MU-SMART — 0.8 L, 42 kHz, 60 W, without heater. MU-PROF — the same, but tank 1.4 L and 70 W. MU-PROMAX — 2.5 L with ceramic heater (according to the manufacturer up to 65 °C). MU-EXPERT — 3 L, working range 1.5–2.5 L, 36 kHz, 150 W, heating 40–60 °C, degassing and liquid drainage via a valve with a hose. A full specification table is available in each card.
Is Microstop Clean a disinfectant?
No. According to the manufacturer's description, it is a cleaning product: it removes brown deposits from the dry heat sterilizer chamber and from the instrument after exposure to high temperatures, with a caution regarding products made of aluminum, non-ferrous metals and galvanized parts. For disinfection and pre-sterilization cleaning, the brand has Dez Professional (ДЕЗЕКОН) in 250 and 1000 ml and ready-to-use Dez SPRAY 5% in 250 ml. The method of use is taken from the description of the specific card.
Why does the name of sterilizers say 'to order'?
This is how the manufacturer marks items that are not shipped from the warehouse the same day: the card says "To order. Lead time 1–3 business days." This note is present in the names of eight out of nine sterilizer cards — only GP20 PRO is without it. The availability badge in the product grid does not duplicate it, so the exact timeframe for the chosen model should be confirmed when placing the order.
