Cover base OPAL №63 — pink shade with silver shimmer.
Features of Cover base:
- medium consistency;
- self-levels perfectly;
- lays densely even in one leveling layer;
- low acidity (pH 6.8);
- has high adhesion.
We recommend applying a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover bases.
