Cover base SHIMMER №65 — pink shade with colored mica. It has a translucent, Korean effect.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

  • perfectly self-leveling;<\/li>\r\n
  • applies tightly even in one leveling layer;<\/li>\r\n
  • low-acid (pH 6.8);<\/li>\r\n
  • has high adhesion.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nMica and shimmer included in the base are evenly distributed and do not require filing.<\/span>
