Cover base SHIMMER №67 — milky-lilac shade with colored mica. Has a semi-transparent, Korean effect.
Characteristics of Cover base:
- medium consistency;
- excellent self-leveling;
- dense coverage even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- high adhesion.
We recommend to definitely apply a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover base.
