Four places where it is easy to choose the wrong KODI bottle
The quickest route is through the subcategory tiles at the top. The largest sections are: camouflage and coloured bases (97 products), builder gels (77), nail art (74) and additional materials and tools (65). Next come gel polishes (59), top coats (29), special liquids (18), equipment (16), clear bases (11) and care (9).
Cover base #5 and Cover base gel #5 are different bottles
Two neighbouring camouflage base ranges share the same numbering and shade descriptions. The difference is volume: Cover base is 30 ml, Cover base gel is 7 ml. #2 COLD PINK, #7 BEIGE and #8 NUDE are available in both; #10 COLD LILAC is only in the smaller format. A number without the range name and volume therefore identifies nothing. The same section also includes Cover base Flake with foil flakes (7 ml), reflective Reflective bases (15 ml), Base Crystal Drops (7 ml), Lint Base Gel in 12, 15 and 35 ml, and coloured Color base with the Pastel, Souffle, Opal and Neon subranges. Neon has gaps in its numbering: №02, №03, №14, №16.
The letter in a gel polish code identifies its colour group
Of the 59 gel polishes, 48 have a “number + letter” code, and each letter stays within its colour group. R means reds (#70R Classic Red, #45R Red Cherry), BW means blacks and whites (#20BW natural white, #100BW ULTRA Black), CN and CP mean nut and coffee shades (#103CN Hazelnut, #12CP chocolate), and M means milky and nude shades (#60M Nude). The WN, MN, V and B series have no written shade description at all, so check the photos. Golden Brown stands apart: its ten shades are numbered #01–#10 without a letter, so #01 Golden Brown and #01BW are two different gel polishes. Almost everything in this section comes in 7 ml bottles.
For top coats, the end of the name matters
The key property comes at the end: No Sticky means no tacky layer, and No Sticky No UV means no tacky layer and no UV filters. This is clearest in the Steel range: four product listings, two “with UV-filters” and two “No UV-filters”, each version in 7 and 15 ml. They look the same in the shop, so read the full name. Nearby are Rubber Top (7, 15, 30 and 35 ml), Ultra Gloss (15 and 30 ml), QF2 Finish UV Gel, glitter Sparkle Top and coloured Natural Color Top Coat #1–#8 in 7 ml.
“30” on two gel jars does not mean the same thing
The manufacturer packages some ranges in millilitres and others in grams, and they share the same section. Build It Up Gel comes in 12, 15 and 25 ml; Medium Builder Gel in 13 and 30 ml. By contrast, Builder self-level gel, Jelly gel, Medium builder shine gel, Sparkle Mood acrygel and POLYGEL Pastel are measured in grams: 13, 15, 30 and 35 g. The unit is right in the name — check it before comparing prices for the “same volume”.
Two final details
Products marked “REDUCED PRICE” have separate listings alongside the regular ones — check the conditions inside the listing. Do not rely on the “Volume” filter either: it combines millilitres, grams and pieces in one list, from 3 to 1000, plus a separate “7.5g” value. That is because the brand offers bottles, jars, liquids with pumps and packs of wipes.
