LUNAmoon. Premium Builder Gel "La Ballerina" #05, 15 ml, modeling gel

Classic Premium builder gel is a polymer light-curing material that, due to its strength, allows significant lengthening of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that start the polymerization process when the material is exposed to ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength.

Features:

• Acid-free.
• Has shock absorption, does not crack upon impact.
• Medium consistency.
• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
• Suitable for the "no-file nail extension" technique.
• Suitable for "upper forms" extension.
• Does not cause burning in the lamp.
• Becomes thicker in the cold, and thinner in warmth.
• Thixotropic – becomes thinner if you move the brush during work.
• Can be additionally warmed up to make the gel thinner.
• Hard at 1 mm thickness. If thickness is less than 1 mm, it may flex slightly, but this does not affect wear.
• Does not shrink and holds the arch well.
• Requires a Rubber Base underlay.
• Polymerization wavelength 365-405 nm.
• UV/LED lamp power 36-48W.
• Allowable coating thickness 0.5 mm at the tip / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application method:

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which will be taken after leveling.
3. With a 220 grit file, gently buff the nail from above without heavy pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Do a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after use.
6. Degrease the nail with LUNAmoon Nail Prep. Do two passes. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe everything around the cuticle area and the nail folds.
7. Primer is used optionally, but if the base underlay has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base underlay best with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. Trace all nail folds and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the dispersion layer.
10. Level with gel, leave a 0.5–1 mm gap from the cuticle. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is needed to create thickness at the nail edge that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file out 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. This will prevent material separation. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start to separate from the hard material from the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the dispersion layer and apply gel polish.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and make a round shape.
3. With a 220 grit file, gently buff the nail from above without heavy pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Do a manicure.

10. Place the form for free edge extension.
11. Sculpt the artificial nail shape with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and shape the nail as desired.
13. Wipe off the dispersion layer and excess dust.
14. Go over once more with LUNAmoon Rubber Base on the areas where the file was used. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Level with gel, place in the lamp and at the 10–15th second pinch. If the gel has strong inhibition or contains glitter, pinch at the 20th second.
16. Finish curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off the dispersion layer before applying gel polish.
18. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

Shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, store for no more than 18 months.
