Thanks to the double-layer UV printing with a white base, SOVADECOR slides have an extremely clear and bright image.
The slides are made of a thin polymer film, which allows them to easily separate from the backing after soaking and to conform to the nail shape.
SOVADECOR slides are very easy to use, so even nail technicians with little experience will be able to create stunning designs without difficulty.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Prepare your nails for applying the slide design: do a manicure and apply gel/gel polish. If the nails are soft, reinforce them.
2. Apply the background color.
3. On the cured color layers, apply a top coat for better adhesion of the slide to the nail. Cure the top coat under a UV lamp for 1 min, or under an LED lamp for 30 sec.
4. Choose a slide, cut and prepare it according to the nail size.
5. Place the slide paper-side down on a cotton pad moistened with warm water (! 40-50 °C), wait about 15-30 sec and transfer the image by sliding it onto the nail toward the cuticle base.
6. Smooth out the film, pushing out any remaining water and air with a soft tissue. Let it air dry or cure under the lamp. File the free edges well and wipe with a lint-free wipe moistened with nail cleanser to remove dust.
7. Apply 1-2 layers of top coat, curing each layer under the lamp (pay special attention to the free edges, they need to be well sealed).
