Thanks to the two-layer UV printing with a white undercoat, SOVADECOR sliders have an extremely sharp and bright image.
The sliders are made of a thin polymer film which allows them to easily separate from the backing after soaking and conform to the shape of the nail.
SOVADECOR sliders are very easy to use, so even technicians with little experience can create stunning designs without difficulty.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Prepare the nails for applying the slider design: do a manicure and apply gel/gel polish. If the nails are soft — apply a nail strengthener.
2. Apply the background color.
3. On the dried color coats, apply a top coat for better adhesion of the slider to the nail. Cure the top coat in a UV lamp for 1 minute, or in an LED lamp for 30 seconds.
4. Choose a slider, trim and prepare it according to the size of the nail.
5. Place the slider paper side down on a cotton pad soaked in warm water (! 40-50 °C), wait about 15-30 seconds and transfer the image by sliding the slider onto the nail towards the cuticle base.
6. Smooth the film, pushing out the remaining water and air with a soft cloth. Allow to air dry or cure in a lamp. File the edges well and wipe with a lint-free wipe moistened with a liquid for removing stickiness to get rid of dust.
7. Apply 1-2 coats of top coat, curing each coat in the lamp (pay special attention to the edges, they need to be well sealed).
