Thanks to two-layer UV printing with a white backing, SOVADECOR decals have an exceptionally clear and bright image.
The decals are made from a thin polymer film, which allows them to easily separate from the backing after soaking and conform to the shape of the nail.
SOVADECOR decals are very easy to use, so even nail techs with little experience can create stunning designs without difficulty.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Prepare the nails for decal application: do a manicure and apply gel/gel polish. If nails are soft, strengthen them.
2. Apply the background color.
3. Apply top coat over the cured color layers for better adhesion of the decal to the nail. Cure the top coat in a UV lamp for 1 min, or in an LED lamp for 30 sec.
4. Choose a decal, trim and prepare it according to the size of the nail.
5. Place the decal paper-side down on a cotton pad soaked in warm water (! 40-50 °C), wait approximately 15-30 sec, then transfer the image by sliding the decal onto the nail up to the base of the cuticle.
6. Smooth out the film, pushing out any remaining water and air with a soft tissue. Air-dry or cure in a lamp. File the tips well and wipe with a lint-free wipe moistened with cleanser to remove dust.
7. Apply 1-2 layers of top coat, curing each layer in the lamp (pay special attention to the tips, they need to be well sealed).
