Top Romantic is a top with blue hearts, no sticky layer, that will look harmoniously with any nail color. It can make your manicure interesting and unusual.
Features:

- eliminates strong heating of the nail plate during polymerization, so it does not cause burning in the lamp;
- ensures wearability and shine without delamination for 3-4 weeks, adds strength and provides protection from external influences and minimizes the risk of damage;
- has a neutral odor.
Application method:
• Apply the top to the nail plate, then cure for 120 sec.
• The finish coat is applied in one thin layer and polymerized under UV and LED lamp.
