Cover base FLASH №58 — a light-reflecting blue-black shade.
Cover base characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- excellent self-leveling;
- lays densely even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- has high adhesion.
Cover Base FLASH contains glitter, potal, and light-reflecting sand that create a shimmering effect on nails.
We recommend to always apply a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover base.
