Cover base CANDY №52 — a milky shade with lilac and blue glitter.
Cover base characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- excellent self-leveling;
- lays densely even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- has high adhesion.
Despite high pigmentation, it cures well in the lamp.
We recommend to always apply a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover base.
