Neo Cover Base – versatile base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making it easier to choose a color for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
