Neo Cover Base - a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced masters and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Usage instructions:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
