Description

030 – pure milky color with delicate glitter. Suitable for clients who choose minimalist, classic manicure. Suitable for all skin tones.

Neo Cover Base - a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, therefore suitable for both an experienced nail technician and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Usage instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in an LED lamp 24W.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in an LED lamp 48W.

Curing time: 60 sec in an LED lamp 48W.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
