Neo Cover Base – universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which makes it much easier to select a color for the client.

Usage:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
