Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced and beginner nail techs.
The palette matches shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection much easier for clients.

Instructions for use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly on prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
