Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily without requiring additional effort, so it suits both experienced nail technicians and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
