Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced master and beginner.
The palette repeats shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly to prepared nails, cure 60 sec in LED lamp 24 W.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply transparent or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in LED lamp 48 W.
