Neo Cover Base – universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate tender shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it will suit both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
