Neo Cover Base - universal base for an ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is easily self-leveling and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette mirrors the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection for clients much easier.

Usage instructions:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
