Neo Cover Base - a universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is easily self-leveling and does not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced nail tech and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

Method of use:
1. On prepared nails, thinly apply an adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
