Neo Cover Base – a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections and give a delicate, soft tint to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency, self-leveling easily and requiring no extra effort, so it suits both an experienced technician and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Instructions for use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
