Neo Cover Base - Universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and impart a delicate, subtle hue to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced and beginner nail artists.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection much easier for clients.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base and cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the inhibition layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
