Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to lightly even out the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate tender shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it suits both an experienced technician and a beginner.
The palette repeats shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

Instructions for use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin coat of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
