Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate gentle tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency, which self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it will suit both an experienced nail tech and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which significantly simplifies color selection for the client.

Usage method:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Wipe off the dispersion layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
