Neo Cover Base - a universal base for an ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections, and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency, are self-leveling, and do not require extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Instructions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
