Neo Cover Base - a universal base for the perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, soft tint to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced nail technician and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to Use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base on prepared nails and cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
