Neo Cover Base - versatile base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection for clients much easier.

How to use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
