Description

032 – classic soft pink with delicate sparkles. A very versatile option for a delicate everyday manicure.

Neo Cover Base - universal base for an ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels without requiring extra effort, so it suits both an experienced technician and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Usage instructions:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
