Neo Cover Base - a universal base for the perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections, and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily without extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which significantly simplifies color selection for the client.

Usage: for light leveling, for color coating

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
