Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Instructions for use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly on prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
