Neo Cover Base - a universal base for the perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced professional and a beginner.
The palette replicates the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which significantly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
