Neo Cover Base – a universal base for an ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, greatly simplifying color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
