Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection much easier for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
