Neo Cover Base - a universal base for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly even out the nail surface, conceal small imperfections and give a delicate, gentle tint to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no additional effort, making it suitable for both an experienced technician and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection for the client much easier.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
