Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, so it suits both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply transparent or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
