Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to lightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections, and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette repeats shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, thinly apply a adhesive base, cure 60 sec in LED lamp 24 W.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in LED lamp 48 W.

Cure time: 60 sec in LED lamp 48 W.
