Neo Cover Base - universal base for ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced master and beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which makes it much easier to select a color for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly on prepared nails, cure 60 sec in 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply transparent or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in 48 W LED lamp.
