Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and does not require extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
