Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, thus suitable for both experienced and beginner technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which significantly simplifies color selection for the client.

Usage instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base on prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
