Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no additional effort, so it will suit both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in 48W LED lamp.
