Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it will suit both an experienced technician and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Application method:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in 48 W LED lamp.
