Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require extra effort, so it will suit both experienced and beginner technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
