Neo Cover Base - a universal base for an ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette mirrors the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, making it much easier to select the right color for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails and cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
