Neo Cover Base - a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate, gentle tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it suits both an experienced nail technician and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
