Mousse gel 01-06

Mousse gel — modeling gel with a dense creamy texture, created in collaboration Lora Sheiderova × LUNAmoon. The material stretches plastically behind the brush, while holding its shape well and not spreading during work. Thanks to minimal thixotropy, the gel is convenient for application in forms: it stays in place and provides enough time for precise modeling without rushing. The dense controlled consistency allows working with several forms at once, without worrying about material flowing or losing the desired architecture. The coating gains a special effect from delicate glitter, which creates a soft glow in the light, similar to a light rubbing effect.

Features:

• Has a very thick and viscous consistency, thanks to which the material does not spread and allows you to work calmly with the shape.
• Practically does not self-level, so the gel can be precisely applied with a brush and each stage of modeling can be controlled.
• Has high strength after polymerization and preserves the built nail architecture well.
• In its properties, the material is close to hard, so during modeling it is important to control the coating thickness, especially in the cuticle area.
• Has moderate cushioning at 1 mm thickness, thereby remaining maximally stable and maintaining a good arch.
• Suitable for nail extensions and modeling.
• Mandatory requires a Rubber Base underlay.
• UV/LED lamp power 36-48W.
• Allowable coating thickness 0.5 mm at the free edge / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application method:

REINFORCEMENT

1. Removal.
2. Do not file down the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which will be removed after leveling.
3. Lightly file the top of the nail with a 220 grit file without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Perform two approaches. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the nail surface. Second approach: take an orange stick, place a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Use primer optionally, but if the base underlay has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. It is best to apply the Rubber Base LUNAmoon underlay with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. Draw all nail sidewalls and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the tackiness.
10. Level the nail plate with the gel, leaving a 0.5-1 mm gap from the cuticle. Do not create excessive thickness in the cuticle area: the material is close to hard, so on the soft and movable part of the nail plate, excess material may cause lifting. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. We file the shape after leveling. This is necessary so that a thickness forms at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. In this case, there will be no material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will begin to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the tack and cover with Gel Polish.
14. Cover with Top Coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC NAIL EXTENSION

1. Removal.
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and create a round shape.
3. Using a 220 grit file, file without strong pressure on the top of the nail, lifting the nail plate scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Perform two steps. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First step: wipe the nail surface. Second step: take an orange stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Use LUNAmoon Primer.
8. It is best to apply a liner of Rubber Base LUNAmoon with a flat gel brush. Movements should be pressing. Paint all the nail sidewalls and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the tack.
10. Place the form for the free edge extension.
11. Lay out the shape of the artificial nail with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and give the nail the desired shape.
13. Wipe off the tack and excess dust.
14. Go over the filed areas again with Rubber Base LUNAmoon. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Perform modeling with the gel, controlling the thickness of the material and not overloading the cuticle area. Make a small indentation from the cuticle. Place in the lamp and squeeze the arch at approximately the 20th second of polymerization, as the gel contains glitter. After squeezing, fully cure the material in the lamp.
16. Fully cure in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off the tack before covering with Gel Polish.
18. Cover with Top Coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

Expiry date of the product: 24 months. Once opened, store for no more than 18 months.
