Mousse gel 01-06

Mousse gel — modeling gel with a thick creamy texture, created in collaboration Lora Sheiderova × LUNAmoon. The material stretches plastically behind the brush, while holding the given shape well and does not spread during work. Due to minimal thixotropy, the gel is convenient to lay out in top forms: it stays in place and gives enough time for precise modeling without rushing. The dense controlled consistency allows you to work with several forms at once, without worrying that the material will flow or lose the required architecture. The coating is given a special effect by delicate sparkles, which create a soft glow in the light, similar to the effect of a light rub-in.

Features:

• Has a very thick and viscous consistency, due to which the material does not spread and allows you to work calmly with the shape.
• Practically does not self-level, so the gel can be precisely laid out with a brush and control each stage of modeling.
• Has high strength after polymerization and preserves the built nail architecture well.
• In its properties, the material is close to hard, so during modeling it is important to control the thickness of the coating, especially in the cuticle area.
• Has moderate flexibility at 1 mm thickness, thanks to which it remains maximally stable and holds the arch nicely.
• Suitable for nail extensions and modeling.
• Requires a Rubber Base underlayer.
• UV/Led lamp power 36-48W.
• Permissible coating thickness 0.5 mm at the free edge / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Method of application:

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. We do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm length, which we will take after leveling.
3. With a 220 grit file, we file without strong pressure on the nail from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. We do a manicure.
5. If working with removers, after working with them we wash hands with soap.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Do two approaches. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the nail surface. Second approach: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Use primer optionally, but if the base for the underlayer has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. The underlayer with Rubber Base LUNAmoon is best applied with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. We paint all sidewalls of the nail and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the sticky layer.
10. Level the nail plate with gel, leaving a 0.5-1 mm gap from the cuticle. In the cuticle area, do not create excessive thickness: the material is close to hard, so on the soft and mobile part of the nail plate, excess material can cause detachment. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. We file the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the nail edge that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so we must file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. In this case, there will be no material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will begin to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the stickiness and apply Gel Polish.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe anything after curing, as it may lose its shine.

CLASSIC NAIL EXTENSION

1. Removal.
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and create a round shape.
3. Use a 220-grit file to file without strong pressure on top of the nail, lifting the nail plate scales, or use a 100-grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after handling them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Do two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Use LUNAmoon primer.
8. Apply a base layer of Rubber Base LUNAmoon best with a flat gel brush. Movements should be pressing. Draw all nail sidewalls and cure in a lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the stickiness.
10. Place the extension form for the free edge of the nail.
11. Apply the artificial nail shape with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and shape the nail to the desired shape.
13. Wipe off stickiness and excess dust.
14. Go over again with Rubber Base LUNAmoon on areas where the file was used. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Perform modeling with gel, controlling the material thickness and not overloading the cuticle area. Leave a small gap from the cuticle. Place in the lamp and clamp the arch around the 20th second of polymerization, as the gel contains glitter. After clamping, fully cure the material in the lamp.
16. Fully cure in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off stickiness before applying Gel Polish.
18. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe anything after curing, as it may lose its shine.

Product shelf life: 24 months. Store no longer than 18 months after opening.
